01How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
02Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, residents of Pasvalys can pick up their orders free of charge at our store: Panevėžio g. 7, Pasvalys.
03Can I return a product?
Yes, products purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Warranty and quality
01Are products covered by warranty?
Yes, all products are covered by warranty under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The warranty covers manufacturing defects not caused by use or natural wear and tear.
02What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Most products are in stock, but stock levels can change. For exact stock availability, please contact us.

We sell workwear and footwear, rubber boots, children's footwear, winter boots for men and women, and products for fishing and hunting. We also offer agricultural machinery parts, grain mills, hand seeders, weeders and other farm products.
03Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we operate both retail and wholesale. For wholesale orders, please contact us individually.
